The administrator of the MiniJob website, Izabela Komorowska, conducting business under the name IK Consulting Izabela Komorowska, based in Warsaw (04-026), Ostrobramska Street, 132 / 26, NIP: 8371539312, REGON: 142245830 makes every effort to ensure the protection and security of the privacy of users using this website by using personal data that is collected and processed in accordance with the law, as well as with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects.

The Privacy Policy defines the methods and purposes of collecting and processing personal data and informs about the rights of users to ensure the proper processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws EU L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).

Definitions

Website – website belonging to Izabela Komorowska, conducting business under the name IK Consulting Izabela Komorowska, based in Warsaw (04-026), Ostrobramska Street, 132 / 26, NIP: 8371539312, REGON: 142245830. The website is located as following: www.a-mini-job.com.

Account – a set of information and settings created for the User on the Website, allowing him/her to use the Website’s functionality.
User – an adult natural person who has registered on the Website and uses the services provided on the Website.
Not-logged User – an adult natural person using the Website’s services that do not require an account.
Profile – information about the Tasker or Customer available
Tasker – User, who delivers Services described in their Profile
Customer  – User, who published their Offer in order to find a Tasker who will deliver the Service
Cookies – small text files saved by the Website server, on which the User or User is not logged in. They are used to identify the browser of the User / User who is not logged in while using the Website.

The scope, purposes of collecting and processing the personal data

1. With regard to the activation and maintenance of the User’s account on the Website:
  1. account details – first name and last name, username, password, profile picture
  2. contact details – e-mail address, mobile phone number
  3. location details depending on privacy settings – physical address, billing address, time zone
  4. user generated content – data recorded in the registration form
  5. data on opinions received and issued from / for Ordering Parties / Taskers.
2. With regard to services that do not require the creation of an account on the Website (the User not logged in)
  1. data on activity on the Website
  2. device data, i.e. operating system version
  3. location information depending on privacy settings.
3. With regards to making data available to employers for the purposes of recruitment:
  1. data recorded in the registration form
  2. other information provided by the User.
4. With regards to marketing purposes:
  1. e-mail address for sending notifications about new offers
  2. e-mail address from which the newsletter was subscribed.
5. With regard to complaints and inquiries addressed to the Administrator
  1. personal data provided by the User in the registration form.

Providing some data is a necessary condition for using individual services and functionality of the Account (mandatory data). Apart from the data marked as obligatory, providing other personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing the obligatory data is the inability to use the functionalities and services that require this data.

Website uses cookies to collect general, statistical information about the user’s use of the website, and to provide personalized services and content. The User / User not logged in may block the use of these files, however, disabling cookies in the browser may result in some parts of the Website becoming inaccessible or may not function properly.

Period of personal data storage

Users’ personal data are stored for the duration of having the Account on the Website, for the purpose of providing the Account service and other services, as well as for marketing purposes and as part of fulfilling legal, tax and accounting obligations or for reporting purposes.

After deleting the Account, the User’s personal data will be anonymized, except for the following data: name, surname, e-mail address and information about the consent. The above data will be stored for the purpose of possible claims, evidence and consideration of complaints and requests as well as complaints for no longer than 3 years. After this period, the data is removed from the administrator’s file.

Personal data of Users and Users not logged in, included in cookies, are stored for a period of time corresponding to the life cycle of cookies or until they are deleted by Users / Users who are not logged in.

Personal data sharing

Data provided by Users as part of the services provided will not be made available to third parties or companies, except for data provided for the purposes of recruitment, in order to enable contact between the Ordering Party and potential Taskers.

Exceptions are as follows:

  • entities whose right to access data results from legal provisions,
  • providers of IT services necessary to run the Website. Service providers are subject to the controller’s control and instructions as to the purposes and methods of data processing e.g. cloud hosting, storage, networking and related providers payment and banking providers.

User’s rights in connection with data processing

1. Withdrawal of consent

User has the right to withdraw consent at any time if the processing is based on consent to data processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the withdrawal.

2. The right to access data

User has the right to access their personal data and obtain a copy of this data in order to verify whether it is processed lawfully.

3. The right to update and rectify data

User has the right to update and correct the personal data provided by him/her.

4. The right to limit data processing

User has the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data in the following situations:

  1. contesting the accuracy of personal data
  2. cessation of the purposes of data processing, except for establishing, investigating or defending against claims
  3. objection to the use of data
  4. unlawful data processing
    In the event of a request, the administrator will suspend further data processing until the User’s request is considered.
5. The right to object to data use

User has the right to object to the processing of his personal data at any time, if the administrator processes data on the basis of a legitimate interest.

6. The right to delete data

User has the right to request the deletion of all or some personal data in the event that:

  1. they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed
  2. the consent was withdrawn if personal data were processed on the basis of his consent
  3. he/she has successfully implemented the objection to data usage
  4. personal data is processed unlawfully.
7. The right to data transfer

The User has the right to request his personal data to be sent by the administrator to another personal data administrator of his choice. Personal data will be sent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
