General regulations
- The owner and administrator of the website MiniJob is IK Consulting, conducting business under the name IK Consulting, Warsaw (04-026), Ostrobramska Street 132 / 26, NIP: 8371539312, REGON: 142245830 hereinafter referred to as the Operator.
- This Regulations define the rules of access to services by the Operator for users and Users who are not logged in, as well as the rules of access and use of the Website.
- Operator provides services in accordance with the Regulations.
- User and the User not logged in using the Website’s services, accept these Regulations and the Privacy Policy and undertake to comply with them.
Definitions
Operator – IK Consulting, owner and administrator of the MiniJob website, conducting business under the name IK Consulting, Warsaw (04-026), Ostrobramska Street 132 / 26, NIP: 8371539312, REGON: 142245830.
Website – website belonging to the Operator. The website is located at the following address: www.a-mini-job.com.
Account – a collection of information and settings created for the User as part of the Website, allowing him to use the full functionality of the Website.
Registration form – a form filled in by a User who is not logged in, used to create an Account.
User – an adult natural person who has registered on the Website and uses the services provided on the Website.
Not-logged User – an adult natural person using the Website’s services that do not require an account.
Profile – information about the MiniJobber or MiniEmployer available on the Website
MiniJobber – User, who delivers Services described in their Profile. The Service Provider.
MiniEmployer – User, who published their Offer in order to find a MiniJobber who will deliver the Service
Service – offered by the MiniJobber, posted on the Website or information being a response to the Principals ordering inquiry placed on the Website.
Inquiry – information posted by the Principal on the Website, aimed at finding a MiniJobber who will perform the Service described by the MiniJobber.
Review – a subjective statement of the MiniEmployer or the MiniJobber relating to e.g. the quality of cooperation with the MiniJobber or the MiniEmployer , respectively. The review is made up of 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being very low and 5 being very high, and an optional text commentary.
Regulations – this document which is a set of rules applicable to Website Users.
Registration – creating an account by the User and accepting the Regulations.
The scope and conditions of the provision of services delivered by the Operator
- The Website provides services consisting in making the Website available to the MiniEmployer in order to find a MiniEmployer for the performance of the Service specified in the Inquiry and to MiniEmployer who provide Services in accordance with the information posted by them on the Website.
- The role of the Operator consisting in enabling contact between the MiniJobber and the MiniEmployer ends when the parties mentioned in point 1 contact each other. The Operator does not take part in any disputes arising between the Users.
- The subject of the Website’s services in relation to Users is:
- availability on the Website of the Inquiries placed by the MiniEmployer and the Services posted by the MiniJobber,
- access to any other information on the Website,
- enabling the issuing of Reviews.
- The Website protects the data of Users and Users who are not logged in in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
- The Operator is not responsible for:
- the content of information posted on it by Users and Users not logged in,
- authenticity of information and data provided by Users and Users not logged in,
- the content of the Reviews posted.
- Moreover, the Operator is not responsible for:
- loss of data by the User and the User who is not logged in, caused by external factors (e.g. hardware failure) or by the actions of third parties, including those caused by the User and the User not logged in
- interruptions in the provision of services resulting from circumstances for which the Operator is not responsible (force majeure, random events, acts and omissions of third parties, etc.).
- The Operator reserves the right to remove content that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations, generally applicable law, and the principles of social coexistence. In this case, the Operator shall not be liable to the User and the User not logged in who violate the Regulations for any damages resulting from the cessation of the Website’s services.
- Basic technical requirements necessary for effective use of the Website:
- personal computer connected to the Internet,
- a web browser capable of displaying HTML documents on a computer screen
- a browser should accept cookies.
- The User may contact the Operator regarding the services provided under these Regulations by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@a-mini-job.com.
User registration and the rules of using the Website
- Registration is a prerequisite for using the Website to its full extent.
- The full use of the Website includes:
- possibility to post Inquiries placed by the Ordering Party via the website,
- the ability to accept the Services offered by MiniJobbers,
- the possibility of issuing Reviews,
- the ability to view other content available on the Website,
- the ability to view and edit their profile by Users.
- By registering, the User declares that:
- the data provided in the registration form are complete and consistent with the facts,
- the data provided by him do not violate any rights of third parties,
- he/she has read the Regulations and undertakes to comply with them,
- acceptance of the Regulations is tantamount to acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
- Registration is also possible by logging in to the Website via an external authentication service, ie Facebook, Google, LinkedIn.
- The Account is activated after creating the login, password and indicating the e-mail address or mobile phone number by the User on the Website dedicated to registration.
- The User may have on the Website and use one Account as the Principal and one Account as the Tasker.
- The provision of services by the Operator as part of the Account on the Website is indefinite.
- Each User and User not logged in may resign from using the Website’s services at any time by:
- independent deletion of the Account, which will result in the removal of all information and data about the User from all places on the Website, as well as from servers on which his data is stored, subject to the situations described in the Privacy Policy,
- the User may ask for the Account to be deleted by sending his statement by e-mail to the following address: info@a-mini-job.com,
- the User not logged in by ceasing to use the Website.
- The operator may:
- refuse to create an account if the e-mail address provided is already used on the Website,
- suspend or delete Users’ accounts, thus preventing or limiting access to certain or all services and resources of the Website, if the User violates the Regulations, generally applicable law, rules of social coexistence or violates the personal rights of other Users, third parties or legitimate the interests of the Operator,
- limit individual Services and functions of the Website for a User who is not logged in, who breaks any of the provisions of the Regulations.
- The MiniEmployer places the Inquiry on the Website setting its content within the criteria indicated by the Website.
- The Inquiry should meet the following conditions:
- be consistent with the facts,
- contain all information relevant to the potential MiniJobber and may not mislead them, in particular as to the scope of work to be performed,
- reflect the actual demand and intention to find a MiniJobber,
- refer to one of the Services offered by MiniJobbers,
- may not violate generally applicable laws.
- One Inquiry can only apply to a task, but several Inquiries can be submitted at the same time period.
- The User may terminate the Inquiry at any time without giving any reason. Inquiries once placed cannot be edited, but they can be removed and new added.
- Inquiries for which the MiniJobber was not present will be automatically closed after their expiration date. The User will be informed about the removal of the Inquiry by e-mail.
- The Inquiry is available to all MiniJobber whose information posted on the Website in the scope of the Services offered meets the criteria specified in the MiniEmployer’s Inquiry.
- The MiniJobbers interested in the Inquiry shall submit to the MiniEmployer an offer in response to his Inquiry.
- The MiniJobber may withdraw his offer at any time, with reservation that the MiniEmployer has not yet selected his offer.
- The MiniEmployer may:
- accept any offer from the MiniJobber,
- decide not to accept any offer and withdraw the Inquiry.
- At the time of acceptance of the selected offer by the MiniEmployer :
- the MiniJobber is obliged to provide the Service, which is the subject of the Inquiry,
- MiniEmployer should contact the MiniJobber as soon as possible in order to make further arrangements, then the MiniEmployer and the MiniJobber determine the further form of contact and the date of concluding the contract and other provisions depending on their will.
- Each time after the Service has been performed, both the MiniEmployer and the MiniJobber may issue the Review. Reviews are not mandatory, but they help to maintain the highest quality of the Website’s services.
- The Review may not violate the Regulations, generally applicable law, rules of social coexistence or infringe the personal rights of other Users, third parties or the legitimate interests of the Operator.

According to the Pricing published on the Website, respectively:
- For MiniJobber – MiniJobber Packages
- For MiniEmployer – MiniEmployer Packages
Complaints
- In the event of irregularities in the functioning of the Website, the User and the User not logged in may submit a complaint by e-mail to the following address: complaints@a-mini-job.com within 5 days of the occurrence of the event being the subject of the complaint.
- A properly submitted complaint should contain at least the following data:
- designation of the User or the User not logged in (name, surname, e-mail address),
- the subject of the complaint,
- circumstances justifying the complaint.
- The Operator will consider the complaint and provide a reply within 14 days. from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- The Operator will notify the User or the Not-Logged User via e-mail about his decision, to the address provided in the complaint.
Final regulations
- The Operator reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
- Information about the amendment to the Regulations will be sent via e-mail to the address provided by the User during registration and via the Website.
- The Operator reserves the right to temporarily disable the Website, either completely or partially, in order to carry out maintenance works or in connection with the modification of the system. Users and Users who are not logged in will be informed about the breaks by an announcement on the Website.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16 item 93, as amended), the Act on the provision of electronic services (Journal .U. 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended), in relation to contracts concluded with consumers – the provisions of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 807, as amended) .), and other relevant provisions of Polish law, unless applicable, in the field of contracts involving consumers, separate provisions to the extent to which they ensure the protection of consumer rights.
- In the event of disputes arising from the application of the Regulations, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Operator.
- The Regulations enter into force as of 1st of January 2021.
